Worldwide Spies World Grand Prix Roster

The World Grand Prix roster is the international half of Cars 2: Worldwide Spies: a grid of national identities you can actually drive in Team Chrome HQ’s Roblox Alpha. This page lists the live WGP names with playstyle notes tied to maps, not invented speed stats. If you want a single first main, you still want Lightning McQueen or Francesco Bernoulli. If you want the postcard to match the country, stay here.

The experience has been playable since 25 April 2021, is free, runs 20-player servers, and is not affiliated with Disney or Pixar. More than 25 cars exist across all groups. WGP is the slice that says Tokyo, Porto Corsa, and Black Forest should feel like a world tour instead of one oval copied four times. Tokyo’s layout in the embed is the density exam most of these cars were born to screenshot.

How to use this grid

Match racer → map identity before you worry about a fan letter on the tier list. Shu belongs in Tokyo. Francesco belongs in Porto Corsa. Raoul and Max Schnell belong in Black Forest. Jeff Gorvette belongs on an American speedway. Everyone else is a valid main if you like the livery; they just do not get a private city in the current rotation.

New agents: pick one specialist after you can already drive McQueen. Do not unlock-tour the entire grid in a single night. Alpha menus and paints move; the unlock guide is the live checklist.

Tokyo Japan in Worldwide Spies

The headline rivals

Lightning McQueen (#95, USA) sits on this grid and on the Radiator Springs postcard. All-rounder. Default first main. Deep dive on his own page.

Francesco Bernoulli (#1, Italy) is the open-wheel rival and Porto Corsa native. Street hairpins, huge silhouette, beginner-friendly if you already like towns. Deep dive on his own page.

Street and city specialists

Shu Todoroki (Japan) is the Tokyo assignment. Dense walls, neon districts, little runoff. Drive him after you can finish a cruise without bouncing. The embed above is his homework. If Tokyo wrecks you, the car is not secretly underpowered—you entered a harder map too early.

Nigel Gearsley (UK) and Lewis Hamilton (UK) share British identity. London is the spy-street map in this Alpha, and Finn and Holley own the spy brief, but a WGP British livery still looks right on a UK night. Use them when you want Grand Prix chrome instead of agent chrome.

Miguel Camino (Spain) is a clean “I like this paint and I can already drive” main. No private Spanish track in the current list, so treat him as a traveling WGP body: Porto Corsa for hairpins, Tokyo for density, ovals only if the lobby insists.

Rip Clutchgoneski (Republic of New Rearendia) is the underdog identity. Same rule: no private map, lots of personality. Fine second main, poor first-hour pick if you cannot yet spot yourself in a pack.

Forest, rally, and endurance energy

Raoul ÇaRoule (France) is the rally read. Black Forest’s two routes are the live exam: trees, elevation, packed single-file. Take Raoul there after Porto Corsa feels calm. A Paris street map is in development at Team Chrome HQ; it is not a live ranking target, so do not park Raoul in the garage waiting for it.

Max Schnell (Germany) is the German WGP counterpart to that forest. Same map family, more prototype-racer energy than rally. If you main both Raoul and Max, you are a Black Forest person. Own that, and warn new agents before you vote the forest in a full server.

Carla Veloso (Brazil) brings endurance-prototype identity. No Amazon map in the current rotation, so use her as a stamina mood: longer cruises, Thomasville or Radiator Springs cooldowns, then a street race. She is a B-tier specialist on the fan list because identity is strong and the home track is not in the live set.

Pyotr Racinov and Long Ge complete the long-haul international set. Drive them because you like the livery or the nation, then pick maps with your hands, not with a fake stat card. They are easy to lose in a 20-car oval if you have not learned nametags yet—another reason McQueen remains the teaching car.

Oval crossover: Jeff Gorvette

Jeff Gorvette (USA) is the WGP car that wants Motor Speedway of the South, LA Speedway, RS Speedway, or Smasherville. Corvette identity, American weekend, draft trains. If you like WGP chrome but your friends only vote ovals, Jeff is the compromise. Pair him with Piston Cup racers when the lobby is a stock-car night.

Suggested WGP mains by map vote

• Radiator Springs / Thomasville → McQueen (or cruise whoever you like; the town is friendly).
• Tokyo → Shu Todoroki.
• Porto Corsa → Francesco Bernoulli.
• London → British WGP or the spy pair; do not force Jeff.
• Black Forest → Raoul ÇaRoule or Max Schnell.
• Any oval → Jeff Gorvette or McQueen.
• Mixed / unknown vote → McQueen, then swap after the map loads.

Legendary racers Max Verstappen, Checo Pérez, and Fernando Alonso sit beside this grid as a flex shelf. They rhyme with Francesco’s open-wheel language. Main Francesco first among that family so you learn one Italian town before you collect three helmets.

Cruz Ramirez is not a WGP starter; she is the Cars 3 trainer who belongs in the broader roster hub and on Thomasville. Mentioned here only so you do not stuff her into this grid by mistake.

When the tour gets noisy, stop collecting nations. Keep McQueen, keep one city specialist, keep one forest or oval specialist. The World Grand Prix was always a series of weekends, not a demand that one car win every climate. Drive Shu until Tokyo’s walls feel like a rhythm. Then the rest of the grid is a poster wall you are allowed to ignore.
